The Great Factor Of Justice In the Process Of Unity.

Since the logic of the human mind is universal; as humanity evolves and as civilization advances the divergencies that exist naturally across societies will lessen making unity more and more possible, especially when law is discovered rather than created via moral relativity.

What conclusions can thus be drawn? The subjective choices made by all people to cooperate because it is mutually beneficial will also be a source of enlightenment that will even further the desire to cooperate. This is what unity and the process of unity looks like.

The great factor in the process of unity is the existence of justice. The key here is the discovery of the laws that operate as part of the realm of human reality. These laws have to be discovered. Praxeology is an example of a science that is discovering these laws but there are other ways and means to discover these laws also. It turns out that these discovery processes are a characteristic of this period in human history and so over time advancements will be made as the laws concerning the human reality are discovered and applied. Each advancement in the understanding of justice enhances the processes of unity.

We know that the ego-driven interventionism and the ego-driven interpretation imposed by the State is a massive obstruction of the natural flow of knowledge. Unity and justice will advance best absent these barricades to peaceful and voluntary social cooperation.

Divine Economy Theory Is Starting To Reach The Economic Literature.

Although you mention the divine economyand examine it through the lens of ‘spontaneous order’ and the ‘organizational’ lens, neither of these captures the divine economy as unfolded in the divine economy theory.

I am grateful though that you are using the term and identifying it as a ‘variety’ of economics. Indeed, from my perspective the divine economy theory is an authentic economic science in the classical liberalism tradition that comes from the harmony of both science and religion; which means that it gives honor to the human spirit, and permits the recognition of the inseparability ethics and economics, and has the potency to address justice, unity, law, and order in the context of transformation.

Optimizing Ethics And Economics!

The flow of knowledge is at its optimal in an unhampered free market (divine economy) and the development and evolution of ethics is at is optimal in an unhampered free market (divine economy); and savings is optimal (function of time preference associated with peace and prosperity) and capital is directed optimally by ethically evolving individuals who are exercising their entrepreneurial spirit in a world where knowledge is flowing at its optimal.
If this doesn’t solve any of the issues that you can think of – then it is for certain – that less optimal means will not either!

The Free Market Is Like Pure Water!

The empiricists have ruined even the average person’s understanding of economics. The equilibrium power operating in the economy is not some hypothetical end point as the empiricists portray it. The fact is: the economy is always in disequilibrium and yet the equilibrium power is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient; always moving things towards harmony.

To those influenced by the fallacies of the empiricists the free market is some far off ideal, pie in the sky! How convenient to have bamboozled the propagandized in this way; then the State can pretend that its propaganda about the necessity of interventionism is the ‘practical’ way!

In reality all interventionism is a corruption of the economy.

The free market is always in existence, it is just masked in these – the Dark Ages of economics – by all of the blundering and plundering of the interventionists (and it is cumulative over time). Yet the good news is that at any instant if the intervention is stopped the economy will quickly recover.

The free market is like pure water that been polluted with all kinds of sediment and it is constantly being stirred and added to by the ego-driven interventionists. Humanity is growing sicker and sicker as it depends on this polluted economy for its life and livelihood.

But like I mentioned, the instant the stirring stops and the instant the sediment is no longer added the water improves. The sediment separates out and falls to the bottom. With a healthy injection of capital to cleanse out the remaining impurities the water returns to its natural, life-giving quality.

The next time you are conversing with someone who has been indoctrinated by the State about how the economy ‘works’ use this analogy to help them understand that the equilibrium forces will instantly replace any man-made and ego-driven apparatus with a pure substitute (alleviating that fear) and that the free market is ubiquitous and ready to be retored to purity for the benefit of everyone.

What Is The Greatest Weakness Of The Free Market?

What is the greatest weakness of the free market? In other words, even though the free market is the best means for prosperity and justice and peace it still is not without problems.

The market is merely the communication vehicle that conveys the imperfect knowledge that humans have in a world of uncertainty. Hence the greatest weakness is also its greatest strength. The free market is the best means of allowing the flow of knowledge – imperfect as it is – in a way that ameliorates the uncertainty in an optimal way.

All human intervention is a corruption since it adds another layer of the imperfect knowledge (due to the finite nature of human understanding) which, in turn, creates even more uncertainty. That is why the free market is best when it is unhampered.

Laissez-Faire Is Ethical Economics!

What precipitated this blog entry was this “The Only Fair Is Laissez-Faire.”

A narrow mindset associates laissez-faire only with economics. And there is also a narrow mindset within economics that insists that the realm of ethics has to be kept separate. The consequence of such a mindset is a small understanding of something that is monumental.

This can also be seen in religion where something monumental is made into something small and very limited. The literalists – those who have constricted meaning into some small ego-driven interpretation – miss out on a great deal of the potential magnificence and probably end up influencing others, causing them to miss out too. Such a narrow mindset in economics is one of the reasons we are living in the Dark Ages of economics.

Why is laissez-faire “the only fair”? Of course without compulsion the choices made are voluntary which is fair. But what also happens is the dynamics within a voluntary, non-coercive civilization is conducive to the natural evolution of ethics. And so not only are the voluntary choices in laissez-faire perceived as fair (and actually are) but the ability to ascertain what constitutes fairness is also evolving. Consequently, understanding of fairness is continually being refined and its expression within a laissez-faire framework advances civilization.

Materialism, Counterfeiting, And Ideology!

There is the mirage of needing constant technological advancement driven by the phantom of the artificial stimulus of credit (not from capital/savings) but this is a characteristic of materialism. Absent the disease of materialism the infinite advancement of the human potential (acquisition of virtues, for example) is equally or even more valued than mere technological advancement.

Having a counterfeit culture within a counterfeit society nourished by counterfeit money that props up counterfeit education and counterfeit news supporting a counterfeit rendition of history results in a perspective that is not much different from ideological materialism.
